I was born from my love of running and a desire to help others experience the sheer joy and satisfaction that comes from achieving fitness goals. With a sports science degree focusing on nutrition and coaching, I am equipped to offer a comprehensive and interactive coaching experience. My journey as a runner has seen me achieve personal bests of 15:27 for the 5km, 32:46 for the 10km, and 1:11 for the half marathon. But beyond personal achievements, my true passion lies in motivating others. I believe everyone has untapped potential, and my role is to guide you in discovering yours.
